it is a writing test that is held for canadian residents and basically you send in a manuscript of your story and they judge from millions of children and choose the best one you dont get your manuscript back because it gets published and you would get a prize of 1,500 dollars the website for this is www.writersunion.ca/cn_writeforchildren.asp

I searched it and it says must be postmarked no later the april 24 so maybe thats the date
