Each pregnancy can be different. Some want to sleep more, others cry at the drop of a hat, some eat a lot, some want to clean and clean some more. If you mean physical signs then I can tell you the breasts grow a lot and some possible morning sickness can be 3 months long or all of the pregnancy term. The feet grow about 1/2 size to be able to carry the added weight.
