What hairstyle should I do for prom?

what should I do for my hair for my 8th grade prom

I agree with going to a salon. when you call to set the appt, tell them you want to experiment with some different styles and then they will be able to book the appropriate amount of time for your appt. you could take a pic of your dress to show your stylist so she will better know what will compliment you and your dress style. he/she will prob show you some ideas in a book to get a feel for what you think you might like. then once you have tried the diff styles and have decided which one you like best, make sure she shows you how to recreate the look at home if you are going to actually style your own hair that eve. if you will have her do it…book your appt immediately, as they fill up fast! oh and if you are still unsure you can decide on your own, take a friend or two so they can give you their opinion! whatever you do, dont stress! this is supposed to be a fun thing! so have fun!!!

Yeah the katwoman girl is right. :-)

if you have shorter hair then I would just leave it alone with maybe a cute clip, but if you have longer hair you could go to a salon because they usually have books and you can show the stylist which one you like. If you would rather do a down do, then I would curl it or crimp it. have fun : )

I wouldn’t be complaining about someone not telling you exactly what kind of do you should have. It’s kinda hard to tell you that, when you don’t even mention if your hair is long or short or shoulder length.. It also depends on the shape of your face. The person above me, has some good advice though. You should, definitely, go to a salon and they could give even better advice because they could see if your hair is short, long or medium length and see what shape of face you have. Maybe you could post a picture of yourself on your profile too.
