It’s probably checking to see if your ports are correctly forwarded, to bypass your system’s firewall of ports.

But torrents are usually for illegal content, so I can’t help much more than that.

u need to open and foward a port to your torrent client. when it says your port scan I sclosed its because you haven established a listen port for your client
