It means that you can talk yourself into and out of any situation I.e. smooth talker.
Well depends how you take it, Smooth talker is one way of putting it thoughh.
I’ve never heard of it. but I looked it up on UrbanDictionary.com and this is what it says:
A person who is extremely good with words. They are able to use their words to charm just about anyone into anything.
