What does it mean when a guy didnt cum??

Well when I gave my boyfriend a hj…he was hard in all but he didnt cum, and he wantd me to go fast but my hand got tired so I kept slowin down…I did go fast for some time but is it supposed to be insulting to me when he didnt cum???

Insulting? Not exactly, but he was telling you what to do in order to bring him to orgasm and you were unable to do it. As moe said, it can be a tiring endeavor, so try not to feel too bad about it. You aren’t the first person and certainly won’t be the last to get too tuckered to finish an hj,

Practice makes perfect, so the first time at anything you aren’t going to be a pro right?
