What does it mean if the tracks just stop?

Hi, So I need some advice! Okay, so we have strays and we feed them(they live in our big tent) and they always come to eat but the past 2 days it has snowed and they havent come except for one we call it baby, We are worried because we found some tracks and they just stop ubrubtly! (yes, there cat tracks) AND we found some 6-pawed foot-prints!!! AND a day ago there was a raccon in the tree right next to the tent! SO, my question is: What does it mean if the tracks just stop and there are no more, and can a raccon eat a cat and leave no blood behind? thnx…please answerim reallly scared for them:(

I had the same problem…He will probably show up, cats can leave for days and then just show up. What I suggest doing(if your aloud)is taking them in and making them house cats. If you can’t maybe call a humane society they won’t kill them, and it might be a better option then leaving them outside. I hope I helped :)

I wouldn’t worry about it, there could be a number of possibilities…just be patient…they’ll probably show up again…being cats, their speed usually gets them away from trouble.
