what do you think about falling for your best friend?

I am in love with one of my best guy friends, but I know he doesn’t like me like that as of now. I tell him everything. I even talk about other guys to him ( stupid on my part lol ) but anyways I heard the saying how friends can only stay friends for so long, so just wondering if anyone has had a friend that they didn’t like at first, but fell for at one point…I think its cutee.

in my experience friends can often make the best dates. awkward but fun:) there may not be a lot of mysteries but well I hate surprises anyway. it truly depends on the person. the trick I think is, and this goes for any relationship, your boy/girlfriend needs to be first and always, your best friend. I do know what I’m talking about. I’ve been with my girlfriend for 2 years on th 8th. she has been and will always be my best friend:)

You have to be friends before anything happens! It’s no fun if you just start dating with no background to work with. You need a base of friendship to work from, or else when things mainline in the relationship, you won’t have anything to hold you together once the passion and sex is done!!! :( You need FRIENDSHIP! :D and yes, I fell in love with a friend of mine. I know how you feel :)
