What do I have to do if someone uses my identity?

I have a bend. And we all shared our password..until guitarist decided to ruin all..He deleted existing password, replaced it with his own,and now he is abusing everything without our control…videos,photos,communication,identity..There is no way to force him to give that password…(we cannot throw him out of bend, because we have contract with publishing house, etc)…How to crash that profile without envolving publishing house in our inside problem?

If you already know that you have been victimized by identity theft, you should report it immediately to your local police and the next step you should do is to call the involved banks and establishments. If it were me, I would first call the social security center and report to them that my identity has been stolen and that I would want them to stop any requests or activities involving my number first. Second is, I would call the banks in which I have accounts with and I would issue a request to freeze my accounts. I would start with the banks where my accounts have been inactive for a while. Inactive accounts have a bigger chance of being used by unauthorized people because it would take a while for the owners to realize it. And then, third is, I would call the three major credit bureaus, and I would ask them to put a fraud alert on my credit reports.
