What do I do. My best friend fancys my ex girlfriend?

Ok so my best friend fancys my ex girlfriend who I am still sorta in love with and she likes him back. I am suffering some really ba deppreasion issues at the moment becase I don’t know what to do. My ex and I are still good friends and she cares for me but I feel deppressed most of the time. Please help

Thats a tough one, could you tell your mate how you feel? Would that be enough to stop him from dating her? you might need to get out there and meet more women to help get over this last girl?

Try to maybe changes paces for awhile do something out of the ordinary to get your mind of her. Maybe go find a random person and just plan a whole day of nice stuff for them like a big surprise. Try to get involved in volunteering or a new sport to help get your mind off it. Stop dwelling on it! make you sure you’re taking care of yourself too
