If your into it you can move your hips to his rythem like your meeting his motions and pulling back a lil while he pulls out a lil before he thrust again.

well im 14 and im not a virgin…so what happend for me was that once he got it it he asked if it felt good or if I liked it…and that helps a lil when he asks those questions because its not all akward and silent LOL. but you could moan(guys really like that) or kiss, kinda close your eyes and breathte kinda heavily to let him know that you enjoy it!!! or if your on top, you could press down on his chest while gringing but its entirely up to you girl!
