What do I do about this tooth?

Ok, I have this tooth that is very sore but it isnt toothache because it isnt always sore. It wasnt sore last night but it is now and was this morning, and the day before it wasnt sore at all. My sister thinks its just a tooth thats growing into my gum or something like that and I might need to get it out. It doesent hurt when I bite on it with another tooth or sometimes when I eat. help? ps im 14

Sorry, but you need a dentist. Just because there isn’t pain all the time doesn’t mean you don’t have a cavity. Last time I went to the dentist they found a cavity and I never felt any pain. X-rays showed it was there though.
