Should I wait for her or let her go?

i was with my ex for 9yrs,we had so much fun,we could read each others minds it was crazy.I asked her to marry me in feb of this year and she said yes,in april she said she was moving out in july with her friend because she never got to live life,so i told her ok i just want her happy,i helped her move and 1 week later she said she didnt want to get married that she was scared.then broke up with me,she said we would never get back together again. She still comes over to spend the night,we go out and hold hands,we hold each other still but tells me i need to get over her.what am i suppose to do she acts like she wants me back but, everytime we are together she gives me a look that she wants to kiss me,should i wait for her cause i want to,i dont want anybody but her or should i let her go

I know this is prolly really hard on you. Sorry if I sound mean in this okay. She should get over her fear and get back wih you if she acts like that then she wants to be with you. If she broke it off cuz she was scared that’s dumb. EVERYONE is scared when there about to do somthing like that okay. I know you prolly love her manly cuz you said you want her to be happy that my friend means your in love. I think that you should ask her somthing like this “How come you act like you still love me but you broke up with me? I really loved you and I wanted to spend my life with you. your the one for me. I’m so sure your the best and I want to want till your ready but I dont want to wait forever. Please decide this Stay with me or I walk out and you never see me again “ that is like the test.. Then you will know if she cares about you enough or weather you should walk out and get on with your life. I’m SO sorry this happened to you. You must feel horrible hugs I hope everything works out great.
