What! Could he really do this?

I have a friend who used to date this guy who was 15 and she was 18. She is now having a baby. The father is being a butt and wants to take the kid away. He says that he is going to use that she had sex with a fifteen year old against her in court. He said he has witnesses but the witnesses never saw it happen. Could that take the kid away from her? Can he stop her from the having kid see that guy? We really need help.

Yes, She could go to jail because even if he was willing she still had sex with a minor and she is at a really big risk if he lies in in court. now he may not get the baby because hes under aged.

Well, legally she can be charged for statutory rape, but that doesn’t mean he’ll get the child.

Your friend should probably talk to a lawyer as soon as possible.
