What colour should I dye my hair?

Well, my grad dress is dark blue with like a black sort of net stuff over it…its really hard to explain…but it looks like a really dark blue…and I wanna dye a light blue streak on one side in the front of my hair, but im not sure if it would match my dress.

Do you think so or do you think I should dye it a different colour? if so, what colour?
