What can I do...I dropped my mp3 in water?

Basicly I dropped my Bush 4GB MP3 in the bath it worked for a little while after it still even said the name of the song and everything,it locked itself and then stopped.the lights where on for a little while after but then the light went off and stopped completly.I have put it in the airing cubbourd but I dont even know if thats any good or if it will still work. any thoughts ?

Try taking the back off and the battery out. After that, place a paper towel on top of a radiator, or under one, and put the piece of the mp3 player on it. The heat from the radiator should dry the inside out. This will probably only work however if it is done a few hours after the incident. After that, it would be best to change the battery. ♥

Try tossing it into a bowl of rice for a good 24 hours or so…the rice helps to absorb the moisture.
