What can I do about my breakouts around my period?

Ok so I have pretty good skin. Ever since I have started high school around my period I breakout pretty bad. Ill make it short a basicly it causes me to only have good skin for about a week and a half of the month. ANY ADVICE? (O and my parents would NEVER consider letting me go on birth control so thats not even an option)

yup you just gotta accept them every girls go through it

clean & clear gets rid of breakouts. unless its a different kind. I don’t know :S
