what can get me HUGE on youtube?

there is this one girl on youtube who wanted people to watch her videos so she decided that her videos could be about her teaching people japanese.at first there were a few people who started watching her but now there are a ton of people who have watched and subscribed to her videos.she doesn’t do the japanese thing anymore because now she just talks about random things like celebrites her fans her job or whatever.probably because she moved to japan and started modeling there. but if you want to check out her videos just type in applemilk1988. also I think there might be one video where she talks about how she became so famous through youtube. anyway hope this helps

I would suggest pick some subject and sticking to it. Like how Fred does improve comedy and What The Buck does celebrity news. Start making videos every week, on the same day, and then people will start looking forward to your videos. I would also suggest NOT leaving them uncut, and using some program like Movie Maker to preview it before you post it.
