Well,when I have Anxiety Attacks,I usually sweat,and get shaky,I get really paranoid,and I cry for no reason at all.I basically freak out over nothing,and I always expect the worst.Sometimes,its really hard for me to breathe.
Feelings of apprehension or dread Trouble concentrating Feeling tense and jumpy Anticipating the worst Irritability Restlessness Watching for signs of danger
I get a knot in my gut, have a hard time breathing. I sometimes start shaking. I feel like something awful is about to happen. I will cry, no sob, over nothing…or over everything at once. I feel angry (like my blood is boiling). I feel confused and unsure.
A change in evironment, people, thought process, clothes… or whatever, helps. Get out and do something, or involve yourself with a menial but meticulous task.
