What are some other hair removal things like the philips lumea?

its like a hair removal laser thing that if you use every two weeks then it keeps the hair from growing or whatever, so that you have silky smooth hairless skin over the summer. which I deffinately need because I get shaving rashes on the backs of my legs above the knee to my bum and I have tried waxing but I cant deal with growing my hair really long to get it waxed! I need hairless legs throughout the summer. I have been on the website reading up about it all evening and just as it was looking perfect I saw the price - £399.99 OUCH I cant afford that? im 16 and I have £300 to my name which I have saved up for so long so that I can buy clothes for the summer and treat myself. I would spend up to £250ish on something as long as it worked and actually stopped hair growth so I was hair free as I have very dark hair and fair skin and stubble shows very badly! please any suggestions will be appreciated! x
