What are some healthy meals that dont take long to cook?

Ok so I’ve been trying to get my body toned up but I need to start eating healthy.. What are some meals that are good for you? That dont take forever to cook?

A few ideas: -baked or grilled chicken -rice -a garden salad or some steamed veggies

-pasta with tomato sauce and meatballs -salad (garden salad, greek salad, fruit salad)

-lasagna (try making it with veggies like spinach, then ricotta cheese, and tomato sauce)

-fish (grilled, baked, or boiled) -veggies like broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, turnips or mixed frozen veggies -potatos, rice, or corn

Try grilled fish with a side of brown rice and salad. All quite healthy.
