What are some good ideas for a sweet sixteen dress?

I’m planning a double sweet sixteen with my friend. I want a ball gown looking dress and if it was under $250 that would be nice. My boyfriend wants it to be light blue but im open to other colors except yellow. I’m planning on being tan before the party and I have light blonde hair if that matters. Please help me find a dress.

look in the teen magazine prom issue and see if they have any dresses you like =]

mabye a dark blue??or even pink or purple would look nice. but dont go to red or orange, since you will be tan, cooler colors would look beter

Blond hair will go well with orange pink light blue will be good. Ball gown will get in the way you shud go for a dress that goes up to the knee or higher. Dark blue will also be cute with blonde hair. Or you do get a dark blue dress you shud get one with sequinsbor a little sparkle. Like glitery like
