What are some cheap but vibrant brands of eyeshaodw?

I want it in yellow, and would prefer not to pay more than 5 bucks.

Don’t think you can find any good eye shadow for $5 dollars or less…These cheapie tend to smudge and wear off during the day / night and you have to re-apply more which works out costing more to replace.

Maybelline or Cover Girl eye shadows are pretty good and they have assorted colours to select from, they have yellow…It’s slightly less pricey then other brands around $10 - $15…You could wait for the specials, the shops usually clear unwanted stock or old stuff at discounted price ($5 or less) to make room for newer ones…You can stock up your yellow eye shadows then. :) ..

uhh..try loreal hip duos. they come in highly pigmented shades, I think you can get the duos in your budget.
