What are butt implants?

They are most likely silicone, but I’m not certain. I personally think its just a waste of money considering you can just buy butt enhancing undergarments and get the same visual results when dressed. Who cares if your butt looks big or not when your naked?

they are like silicone, I think. I seriously dont think that you shud, you probably dont need it, if you get a really bad doctor or if they are inexperienced, you could get hurt. also, you wont be able 2 sit for a while, lol. it wont look natural and you will be disappointed

im not exactly sure, but there not really worth getting unless its something thats going to turn your life around as for risks and such, yes with any surgery or operation your risking a lot…even your life I dont know how theyll hold up if you fall on your bum though this is all something youll need to discuss with your doctor and surgeon if your going to go through with it
