What age should I be to own a nice home?

It depends on whether or not you are planning to save up for a bit before you buy the house and on whether you will be buying it alone or with someone. A big problem nowadays is that people buy big houses (and cars for that matter) that they can’t afford, simply because that’s what’s expected. But I would say somewhere in between the age of 25-30 would be a reasonable age to be able to expect to afford to live in a nice house without having to live off ramen for the next 5 years. But it of course all depends on how much you’re gonna be earning. Who knows if you get yourself a nice job you might be able to buy a nice house in your early 20’s. I’m 19 and live in a relatively big house in a nice area with my best friend, but I was very lucky to get a well paying job right out of high school. There are a lot of expenses you don’t expect, and as ‘makethegirldance’ said, I would suggest you don’t go out and buy a house until you have proper financial security. But it most definitely is possible and I think you should go for it!

Its great to set goals. just make sure your financially safe, What i mean is when you go to buy a house at only age 25 make sure if you do, you have a lot of money saved up but in case something happens. but it sounds like you have a bright future! and i wish yea luck:)
