weird questions?

my friend asked me if it was supposed to hurt really badly when you take a crap. I guess its been hurting her so much that it makes her cry and theres blood sometimes. does anyone know whats wrong?? or if its a problem that can be solved. shes too embarrassed to go to a doctor until she knows whats wrong.

pain can be a sign of something terribly wrong in that area, and blood is possibly bad. Has the girl been doing anything sexual in that area or has she taken a lot of pain killers? Are the stools dark and extremely firm? If the answer is yes to the first question then she really should see a doctor to examine for tearing and possible infection. If it is either of the other two questions, she should first start drinking a lot of water and possibly gatorade or powerade to combat dehydration and stop taking pain pills which do thin the blood and cause blood to come out with the stools.
