weight loss after surgery

I was diagnosed with crohn’s disease in November of 2008 and had surgery for it on January 16th 2009. I used to be in so much pain and on medicine that made me gain a lot of weight. I’m a 17 (18 in less than a month) year old girl I’m 5’2” with a tiny petite frame and before I was diagnosed I weighed 103lbs and due to being inactive from pain and just from the surgery in general I now weigh a whopping 120lbs and now I can finally be active again. I’m looking to lose at least 15lbs by June 20th. Does anyone have any advice on how to get started? I want to do this the healthy way. Also how many calories should I be eating a day?

you are not overwieght so I am guessing you just want to tone up. try eating healthy meals and do workouts for whatever part of your body that is considered your problem area.
