How to lose some weight for good?

I’ve tried everything. All the diets out there. I even went to fat camp for a month where I lost 25 pounds. unfourtunatley I gained 10 lbs back. im 190 pounds and only 15! my sweet 16 is 3 months away and I want to get to be at max 140 pounds. I carry my weight well and im not all fat I have a lot of muscle from a ton of sports I play. But I just cant seem to keep the weight off and stick with a regimin. My biggest weakness is sweets, im a closet eater and I want to eat small amounts. diets usually work the 1st couple of weeks but then I give up. Any help? I need some advice on how to stay on track and lose this weight fast!!! any advice will do. thanx

to be honest, I’m not skinny either. BUT I do have tips that I can give you. drink lots of water. that’s what everybody says. and I think it’s true. because if you drink lots of water (reasonable amount though!) it makes you feel full and you will mostly likely not want to keep eating your snacks. and if you really want to drink pop, drink diet coke, diet pepsi, diet 7up and stuff like that. what else…

I don’t think your weight is too bad, since according to you, it’s mostly muscles right?
