WEIGHT LOOOSEEE!

I need advice on how to loose weight, I dont want to look to skiinnny but not big, I want to look the perfect size,! I just want to look good, and feel good while having funn! im only 13 and I just want to fit in, I do crunches and I compete in dancing, but it doesnt help me loose weight, oh in im a picky eater which doesnt help if I want to go on a diet, but I dont really like junk food and stuff,?!

any advice?,I want something that can help me slim my stomach, and smaller thighs!

Judging by your picture you dont seem to have any areas that need improvment. Holdidays are almost over so your probably going to lose a few pounds there anyway.

well, exercise is the best thing you can do cuss I been doing it and it has made me loose weight…but please dont eat junk food or drink soda…only WATER…not even juice just cut those things out…eat more vegetables and fruits to fill you up and then you wont be so hungry for dinner and will only eat a little bit and that will help you lose weight

Well your only 13. I wouldnt do to much excerise or anything, I was bodybuilding at 14 and 15, and a lot of my body is messed up from all the stress. so dont worry bout it id say.

Well you need to jog atleast forty five minutes a day and engage in much laborious works or just tie a belt around your waist tight and lie down while breathing in and out fast for almost ten minutes.For the food thing you could use substitues for what you eat and consume less calories and expend more.
