Weight and friends!

I’m 16 5”9 140 pounds. I personally think I need to lose weight, not a lot but some. I am mostly muscle rather then fat, and I realise muscle weights more. If I every bring up losing weight with any of my friends they freak out. So I dont bring it up anymore. I still eat healthy and excersise daily. Even when I dont say anything if I eat a salad for lunch or fruit or something etc. They still get all mad and tell me that if I lose anymore weight they will freak. What should I do? I am obsessed with having a perfect body so this seems to be my lifestyle and im fine with excersizeing everyday! What should I do? Suggestions? Comments?

If your weight is generally from muscle, I wouldn’t suggest trying to lose weight. Your height-to-weight is perfect as it is right now. Not to be that “reassuring” person, it’s just factual.

Like your friends, my opinion is that you shouldn’t try to lose weight.

if your weights mostly mscle stop exercising and it will soon go
