I agree with Colleen, although from my experience Triond pays better than Bukisa

Wikinut also publishing short stoies and they pay in Euros. I have published short stoes on both Triond and Wikinut (I didn’t realize Bukisa published them too! Thanks!). I find Wikinut pays better. (I at least make more there!)
