can someone tell me a website that has fake lawyer letters so i can send to my exhusband???

Answer #1

im not sure but what id do is this… scan an old letter and save it - open it up in paint and remove the original letter except the address and mark at the top and bottom save - reopen and write away

Answer #2

I think that’s illegal, and I am not sure if they have websites for that…but I guess you can make one yourself and print it out…

Figure out what type of letter you’re wanting to write…then type that into a search engine. Like is it about child support, or whatever. You can find many form letters on the internet, just copy and paste into WORD. The minute you make up a lawyers name to put on it, it becomes iffy on the legality of it, tho…You’d best not use a real lawyer’s name. If your ex doesn’t respond, then there is no next step.

your right sweetie…it is illegal!

First of all it is considered fraud to falsify legal documents…you can be in a lot of hot water for that alone…

Second is considered a crime to falsify legal documents while using a lawyers name w/o his or her consent…Should I continue..? OK… here is my best advice to you on this matter…

If you want to get legal documentation using a real lawyer’s signature & actually have it valid, try googling for a legal lawyer in your area that is willing to do some pro bono work for you…if all you need is one document & you cant afford the cost of it, perhaps they can help you rather then having your ex - husband contact his lawyer, and having them do a little background check on this so called attorney you falsified & just so happen to investigate if in fact that lawyer was familiar with your case & drew up this letter while telling you to hand it to your ex - husband…(just by writing it it sounds so ludicrous because if they alredy went ahead & drew up the paper to begin with, thwey would just have a carrier send it out to the ex-husbands address to begin with rather then have you have any unnecessary contact with your ex - husband! Guess who would wind up being in the hot seat after all that mess????? It would be you my dear at your hands….and you will done it to yourself with your own hands! Now, ask yourself is it really worth it? Would you rather enjoy paying 100x the fine plus a lawsuit from the real lawyer which might even be worse off then you & I may even know as to the minimum or maximum punishment for this sort of violation?!

But hey dont take my word for it…I only took a year of law school, so what do i know…please get some real advice from an attorney who actually has a license…consultation doesnt cost much & who knows they may just say here…your case is something I can relate to so i am willing to help ya out & just type a few words sign on the bottom & help you out!

Good luck…hope this helped!

Matty has a good idea. And, the contents format could come from one of those CDs you find with standard wills, powers of attorney, etc. You just fill in the particulars.
