Can I wear shorts to a writing seminar that'll be held in a beach resort?
I’m gunna join this literary writing seminar or workshop and I was wondering if it’s okay if I wear shorts while joining the seminar because it’s gunna be held at a beach resort. We weren’t informed of any dress codes. What do u think?should I wear something longer like knee length shorts?

What class is the resort? It may be a better idea to wear a light, but modest sun-dress.
you should wear what ever makes you comfortable and sexy. and yes shorts are apporiate for that occasion. good luck
Just to look presentable I’d wear longer shorts.

You should wear Bermuda shorts with a nice pair of flats. and maybe a nice white shirt with a camisole
