well mousse your hair then get your straghtner then do like bits of your hair at a time and just slightly curl… even a little bit over beacuse it will delfate so =] Hope that helped… Will xx

There are TONS of tutorials for this look on youtube.

those are called beach curls. you have to get a really skinny curling iron and instead of putting your hair inside the clamps, you just roll it around the outside of the curler and hole it for 15 seconds hope this helps, sorry if it sounds confusing :P
