Was anyone a fan of Danny Noriega?

Well, I was a HUGE fan of Danny Noriega from American Idol. I thought his version of “Tainted Love” was the best ever!!! Did he go home because of his myspace video (Danny Noriega sends christmas greetings, search it on youtube)? I loved him and didn’t think he deserved to go.
