if I want to get up a 5 30 what should I do when should I go to bed im 13

9:30pm to 5:30am would be the recommended 8 hours of sleep you should get =)

I go to bed around 9:30 if I want to wake up at 5/5:30. Natural body clock; get the full 8 hours of sleep.

9:00pm highly recommended. You need at least 8hrs of sleep and it takes about 15min to 30min for your body to be in the sleeping stage.

u can go to bed at 10:00 but if your just started waking up early then you should go to bed 9 :30 for the first week or so

Go to bed around nine, take a relaxing bath when getting ready for bed. Set up atleast one or two really loud alarm clocks.
