Why is my vaginal lip bigger on one side and smaller on the other?

No human being is perfectly symmetrical. You’ll notice that a lot of people have one bigger hand or one bigger foot, or perhaps in women one bigger breast. It’s not really an issue unless it’s a huge difference and gets in the way or hurts.

don’t stress, i’ve had that issue as well and was so self conscious of it, until i was told that some guys have the same issue - some have one larger testicle then the other! :) most aren’t symmetrical and i bet you none are 100% perfect either! embrace yourself and don’t sweat :)

It’s normal. All people are unsymmetrical to an extent. If it is excessive and uncomfortable then you can discuss it with your doctor, otherwise don’t worry about it if it isn’t bothering you.
