a couple of weeks ago I was in the shower and I kind of started touching myself in my private places and it felt good somehow but after I felt sad and confused and I started doing it again what was I doing and should I do it im really confused pleese help me

It’s called masterbation and it’s completely normal and healthy. You probley felt sad and confused about it, because some people think it’s taboo and it’s not something that you talk about openly. Almost everyone masterbates daily if not more often.
