Vampire baby

If a baby is born already a vampire, does that mean that they remain a baby for the rest of their “life” (if they die at all)?

According to most vampire lore. Those born a vampire do age, just extremely slow. Like one year to us is like 20 to them for example. But in all of the different kinds of stories that people have made up over the years, you will find many different variations. Some will say that they never age, others would say that they age slowly, and others will say that vampires are steril.
