Answer #4

The picture with the red cross in it.

Answer #5

A red cross typically appears in the location where the picture should appear, if the software rendering the page onto the screen cannot locate the picture.

There are various reasons for this including:

(a) the picture was not uploaded correctly (it isn’t really there where it was supposed to be)

(b) the picture is there but it has a file name different than the name given to the software that is rendering the page for display.

(c) the picture is there and although the filename is correct, the file format is not as expected (e.g. it is a .gif image, when a .jpg image was expected by the software)

(d) the browser has been instructed to render text without graphics (to increase download & display speed, or to conserve “bandwidth”.

(e) the picture was where it was supposed to be in the first place, but the person controlling the picture file location mobed it to another location (typically another folder on the server.

I am sure I could come up with other reasons if I was troubleshooting a webpage myself, but I think your problem is almost certain to be one of the above.
