How do I upload music to my Zune?

I have a sune generation 1 and i have no clue how to upload music onto it from my laptop. It came with a program but i have it on my other computer, do i have to install it on my laptop too? Or is there a way i can plug my zune into my laptop and transfer the music?

You need the Zune program to add music to your Zune, so you’ll have to install it on your laptop.
