Is there a way to upload Android apps from my computer to my phone through USB?

I don’t have android so I’m just guessing. Can you change your usb settings to mass storage on the android then access the files from the pc on your android phone when its plugged in then you can transfer them

the thing about that is that when i try to access my apps on the phone after i transfer them, i cant find them…

What are you transfering them as? Try it as a swf file
