Is it safe to pierce my own nose?

I want to pierce my nose on my own is this safe and where would I have to pierce it at exactly for me to miss the nerve in my nose?? I have been told that it doesn hurt one lil bit but im just kinda scared to hit that nerve! I was also told it would look VERY good on me so I really want it done and want to know some advice from someone who knows!! hit me back please!!

I know it’s a bit different… but I used to be good friends with a girl who pierced her own tongue. What happened? Well, she’s partially paralyzed now for one thing.

My advice.. wait til you’re old enough (if you’re not) and get it done professionally.

umm ok I really suggest going to a professional! if you make one little mistake or hit the nerve you will regret it! and my friend tried doing hers herself and it got infected and it turned out really gross!… I love nose rings but you should get it done from a professional

I pierced my own nose about a month ago and its fine.. and I really dont think there are any nerves in your nose… its just like cartilage.. I pierced it with a starter earring lol and then left it in over night, and put a back on it so it wouldnt fall out when I was sleeping.. and then put a nose stud in the next day. I clean it with the stuff they give you when you get your ears pierced and sea salt and it is fine. its healing great..
