Yes, as of now they have been shut down and havent said anything about starting a new site or re-opening. It was only a matter of time, they are really crackin down on sites that are providing illegal songs, movies, and tv shows at the moment.

I have no answer and wonder if anyone has more precise information. I was really hooked on keeping up with my favorite american series. I have not been able to find TVshack any where saying that they would be up and running.
