Is it true that Navy Blue and Black don't match?

Rather than trying to figure what goes together, it’s easier to determine what doesn’t - colours that clash … well, let’s take orange and pink … major clash there, don’t do it, but black can literally go with any colour.

idk me personally i wear either light colored shirt and darker jeans or lighter colored top and lighter color jean/short or what ever.but i could just be a weirdo lol but colleen is right black goes with everyhing lol

I think each have there own opinion, i hate the combination of pink and red whereas many ppl like it, i think its personal depending on opinion. I personaly love those colours together in fact my fav outfit is navy shorts with a black top and black biker boots.

Depends on your style. I wouldn’t mix these colors in rather conservative style. Like business costumes / business suits or evening gown.

But a navy blue T-Shirt with black jeans… Why not? There are even prints that mix both colors.
