cant find where to see answers to my questions

I cant seem to work this site lol I cant find where to see answers to my questions and I cant upload pics…it keeps saying confirm email address but it didnt send me the email

To see your answers, click your username in the upper right corner.

To confirm your email, if the email did not show up, add support at funadvice dot com to your address book / contact list or safe sender list, then click the “activate” link which should be in the message box, near the top left of your screen…
