How could I transfer money online?

i’ve got a visa debit card, i am 16. the main sites e.g paypal/western union require you to be 18

Well with Visa electron Debit card it is not possible to add funds , you need a visa credit Card which and issued by the bank for online bank as well. But you can open a paypal account easily and you actually don’t need a debit card to add fund to your account, you can receive money from website like funadvice or microworker to your paypal account and can use those money for online shopping. You will need a credit card to verify your account and to add funds.

When you add your credit card and bank account to your paypal account you can add funds from your account to paypal account. But visa debit card won’t let you do that .
