What are the traits that chemists should have to enter the wine industry?

I suppose you should have some kind of knowledge of microbiology since fermentation is very important. You need to have a good knowledge of different kinds of wines and vineyard technology. You also need good hygiene skills, creativity, an eye for detail and an appreciation for wine
