Animals can’t talk.
Some animals sometimes will make noises that sound similar to human words. I really don’t think they’re trained… as I don’t believe they are smart enough to learn human languages.

ive never heard of cants or dogs talk in human language, because they dont learn it like certain birds can. i ould assume its near impossible, and the only ones that do sound similar and only from many years of those words being repeated to them, and then only if the animal is smart enough wants to try repeating to back
