What can you make out of a soft tortilla taco shell, besides tacos?

Answer #1

You could put spaghetti and sauce inside it! Or you could break them up and use the bits as chips to have with dip, You could carefully break the tortilla and put filling inside it as a sandwich… I’m assuming the tortillas are hard ones am I right?

Answer #2

oh, nooo, i meant the soft ones like flour tortillas i think theyre called. but those are good ideas! :)

Answer #3

You could put them in the oven and toast them to make nacho chips. Make morning wraps with eggs and vegetables in it, burritos, quesadilla’s, fajitas all that kind of stuff.

Answer #4

okayy thannks!

Answer #5

Okay! You could put them in the toaster! Or you could heat them in the oven, and serve them with spaghetti and cheese on top! You could lie them flat, put some precooked mince in the middle of each one, pull the corners up to the middle and make a wee pouch to cook in the oven. Secure the tops together with oven safe toothpicks or something of the sort. OOH OOH you could line muffin tins with the tortilla bread and make them in the oven with something inside them like mince and cheese, spaghetti (omg I have no idea why I’m having an obsession with spaghetti today), spinach and egg OMFG YES DO THAT ONE! SPINACH AND EGG FTW with cheese on top.

Answer #6

You can make Mexican chicken and put it inside of them. My mother does that all the time. It’s sooo good and spicy :)

Answer #7

lol okaayy thank you so much! :)

Answer #8

sorry, i liked those ideas! lol

Answer #9

take 2 (or fold one in half) and sprinkle grated cheese, green onion, tomatoes, whatever else inside, even cilantro is fantastic. Place the second one on top and heat it in the oven at 325F until the cheese melts. Or fry it on the stove until just brown and the cheese is all melted. Dip it in sour cream or salsa, or both. Enjoy! (quesadilla)

Answer #10

You could put some pizza sauce on them then some chopped pepperoni and cheese and either put them in the oven or microwave. I would say a toaster oven or regular oven is better than microwave. Lol. You could also add anything you want to them. I just like the three ingredients. Lol.
